"Export an Eclipse product" does not resolve  variables in eclipse.ini.
Below is a contents of what was exported:

-os
${target.os}
-ws
${target.ws}
-arch
${target.arch}
-nl
${target.nl}


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make PDE automatically create xxx.product file
2. Do export from the "Export an Eclipse product" button
3. The exported file will contain unresolved variables like target.os
