It would be useful to have a way to instruct a CSSEngine to re-apply its style sheets to what it knows/considers its document roots.

Added CSSEngine#reapply().  Fixed in master in March 25 (oops) in commit bf025028d036f77c8fb78c65b2bc2915911bc2fa.
