If there exists a small column with no column header the 'Organize columns form' shows no label for this column.

Suggestion: Instead of the missing header label the tooltip should be used. This could for example are shown in italics to avoid confusion. This should be implemented in the dialogue as a general fallback.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to an outline which has a column without a column header
2. Open the organize columns form
