Certain TS wizards are repeated twice when right clicking on a regular folder in a Tigerstripe project.  See attached snapshot for more details. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a TS project 
2. Right click on project > new > other... > General > Folder > Give it the name "foo" > finish
3. Right click on "foo".  Notice that the diagram and profile wizards are repeated twice and the Facet wizard is not even displayed.

Expected outcome:
These wizards should appear once and the Facet wizard should also be displayed.
