we have one last round of gradients for the "title" area of the orion banner.  We should finalize this for RC2 because it will effect screen shots.

the border at the bottom is supposed to get darker as well...in meeting with Linda right now.

title area
- gradient stays at f7f7f7->ffffff (but fix bug in the webkit and FF CSS)
- bottom border of title area darker

- lighten up top border of mainpane/auxpane

Tested on FF, Chrome, IE
Should see the gradient the same on all browsers, slightly darker border on title area, slightly lighter lines under toolbars.

Well, I can confirm that it changed a couple of one pixel wide lines to a slightly different shade of grey ;) 

I tested on Chrome 16, IE 9, and FF 10, on Windows 7.

the noticeable change (screen shot affecting) is gradients back in the title area whereas on FF and Chrome they were flat white before.
