Build Identifier: 

Create two Tigerstripe projects 
Add several entities to project1 and export it as tigerstripe module
Add exported tigerstripe module to project2 as a dependency
Create facet in project2
Set facet as active
Add entity1 from exported project into Include section of Facet.
Save changes.
See that facet is applied automatically and entity1 marked as included.
Add another entity2 from exported project into Include section of Facet.
Save changes.

See that facet is not applied automatically and entity2 is still marked as excluded.
If I reset facet and then apply it again, all included artifacts marks as included
