Description Thomas Watson CLA 2012-02-08 17:34:46 EST
Build: I20120207-2200

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new workspace
2. Create a new java project
3. Create a new class and have it opened with the java editor
4. Detach the java editor for that class

I get the attached crash from the VM.

Now, I also have an existing workspace that was closed while having a detached workspace. I can no longer open this workspace. Anyone know what file I need to delete to get my workspace layout to go back to the defaults?

I am unable to reproduce on I20120522-1900.

Not sure if there was a fix released that inadvertently fixed this or if the 4.2 platform changed someway to avoid this bug.

Closing, as this is not reproducible with eclipse 4.2.
