If you POST http://[self_hosted_site/file (note the lack of trailing '/') the returned response has this:

> Location: http://[self_hosted)site]/filewhatever.txt

This is wrong. It's missing a slash.

Correction: you can only observe this bug when you alter your self-hosting config as follows:

change
 http://localhost:8080/file          /file

eg.
 http://localhost:8080/file/         /file

This is causing a problem with the tests I am writing
