When a new item, associated with a message is selected, or the structure associated with the ItemDefinition is changed, it is not reflected in the text associated with the message envelope on the choreography diagram.

If the text associated with the envelope is updated to show message name and item definition structure ref text, then diagram update notification will be need to be generated if either of these fields is changed through the Properties view.
