The left/right splitters in various pages are no longer persisting their splitter position.  This used to work. I think some the of the "persist = true" settings are gone.  Also ensure the border container dom id's are right (see bug 338764).

fixed.
We had some pages with splitter="true" but the container did not have persist="true"

Double checked that where we have one, we have the other.
