From an DirectMenuItem in the parts menu, I'm adding a new menu each time the the menu model. The new items are visible after a restart of the application.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Run the application from the attached project
2) Click on the "Add Item" entry in the view menu.
3) Observe: you only see 1 item in the view menu.

Looks like we are missing an event handler for children changes in the MenuManagerRenderer.
