Do you have any suggestions as to what should be used as the text?

They are intended to shift the list of currently visible tabs so you can see what other tabs you have opened on the left and on the right. The current implementation matches the behaviour displayed by Firefox. Though as you have seen in bug 370809, sometimes they don't work properly. There also seems to be a problem in SWT, depicted by bug 369678.

Hi,

> Do you have any suggestions as to what should be used as the text?

I looked at mozilla and it does not have tooltip :-) In explorer it is:
"Scroll tab list forward" or "Scroll tab list backward". In my opinion it could be something like: "Scroll list right" or "Scroll list left".

Thanks,
Yevgeny

Thank you for your suggestion, Yevgeny. I've pushed this change to master.

Marking as VERIFIED although the arrows have technically been removed.
