There should be an icon or short key to put the  selected review item visible in the viewing area
of the review navigator view.
If you select a file , open the compare editor view, then double click to enlarge the compare editor, then double click to reduce it size, the selected file is not visible in the viewing area of the review navigator view.

This is issue is fixed as per feb 22nd 2012
