1. Go to Plugins category in Settings page
2. Press "Add Plugins"
3. Start typing URL of a plugin
4. Copy part of the URL from somewhere
5. Go back to the "Plugin URL" text field
=> IS: Everything you have typed in 3. is gone
=> SHOULD BE: The field should not be cleared on focus

I think was fixed in 0.5
