Steps to reproduce : 
	1/ Create 2 uml file (with 1 package and 1 class for example)
	2/ Compare the 2 files (they should have differences of course)
	-> You get a Compare Editor with an Empty Structure View, so you can't choose the differences to merge

This cannot be reproduced on master, assume fixed.
