In commit the following commit new API was added to region:

http://git.eclipse.org/c/equinox/rt.equinox.bundles.git/commit/bundles/org.eclipse.equinox.region?id=2b7a05447c2f5ae31841d0a50acd59a8c3f25f63

We should increment the version of the region bundle and package to 1.1.0.
