Decoration of spec TCs that contain TCs/Test Steps with incomplete data is missing in TCB. I created several TCs in project CompletenessCheck which reproduce this behavior, e.g. TC "Contains a test case with incomplete data" in "Display local problems in editors".

I am marking this issue as wontfix as the decoration in the Test Case Browser is no longer a part of this feature.
