A request was made to add Select All action in tasks list (Bug 366683), I think it would be a good idea to add it to our generic explorer and turn it on in "options" when necessary. We could find a place for it somewhere in the title row.

this is one of those "generic explorer" issues I had hoped to get to for 0.4 but it's looking doubtful...
