Hi,

I recently changed my password using the portal, this worked fine and also updated Bugzilla which I can log in to but I can't log in to IPZilla with either my old or new password??? I have tried changing my password on the portal again, same thing, I can't get in to IPZilla but the portal and Bugzilla are fine, I have logged out and back in to those with no problems. I have also tried wiping my browser cache/cookies, doesn't help.

Have you tried logging into the site login?

https://dev.eclipse.org/site_login/

This re-generates the password hash used by IPZilla.

Yes I've done that a couple of times and tried changing my password again in the portal.

I see your password hash in IPZilla has just changed... Are you still unable to login?  You're using your email address to log into IPZilla, correct?

Yup, I'm using my full committer email address and the same password as for the site login.

Hi,

It seems to be working now, I changed my password after using the site login, then logged in and out of bugzilla about 4 times, each time I waited about 10 minutes and tried logging in to IPZilla. Just got in.

Very unusual.. When you say you've changed your password using the _portal_ .. can you elaborate?  I thought I had changed that to refer to the site login...

I changed it at "https://dev.eclipse.org/site_login/#"
