R4E has now moved to it sub subproject repository location and it's in the process of being removed from the Mylyn Reviews repository, therefore there will no longer be access to push new modifications to the Mylyn Gerrit instance.

This task is to request the provisioning of the new R4E project in the Mylyn Gerrit.

the repository path is:
	git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/r4e/org.eclipse.mylyn.reviews.r4e.git

I created the project in Gerrit. It should be ready for use.
