The core changes for this are now complete. Changes have been checked into the following plugins:

org.eclipse.edt.compiler
org.eclipse.edt.ide.core
org.eclipse.edt.ide.ui
org.eclipse.edt.mof.egl


Additionally, I have opened Bug 370879 so that content assist and the code formatter will be updated to be able to handle the syntax changes.

Since we can now specify the connection information on the call statement ServiceLib.completeBind is no longer needed and should be removed.

implemented and user docs has been updated. Bug 375121 suggests normalizing the call statement to a common usage model.
