Text in Canvas is currently rendered on sparated div element. This leads to it haveing the wrong z-index compared to other shapes. As far as i can tell all browser supported in RAP now have propper support for text within their canvas implementation. Someone correct me if i'm wrong:

This issue has been fixed in RAP 3.0 by drawing the text in HTML canvas. Sparated div elements have been removed.
