I am seeing total breakage of some git operations while self-hosting on orion.eclipse.org. "Pull" and "Fetch" don't work at all -- the error-handling hook that is supposed to trigger "Would you like to add xxx to your allowed hosts" never gets called, so the command just dies with some console errors.

I haven't been able to reproduce this on a local self-hosting server.

Not really sure what's wrong but filing under [sites] anyway
