Need to bump the plugin version for org.eclipse.linuxtools.cdt.autotools.ui, because things like the function internal implementation change introduced by the bug #355134 fixing might require modification of other plugins depending on autotools.

Autotools has moved to the CDT and changed its id.  While this isn't the fix suggested, the new id is unique for identifying the latest plug-in.
