As the summary says, when you have more than 1 files modified and you do a Team | Commit, in the commit dialog if you select only some files and hit "Clear selection", the check boxes are cleared for all the items, not only for the selected ones.

Done. Now there are two separate buttons: "Clear Selection" an "Clear All".
