In the perspective 'Report Design' if the table in the 'Layout' is wider than the 'Layout' screen, as you scroll, the table is cut off or pixels are missing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a table who cells go beyond the Layout screen.
2.Scroll to see the additional cells on the right.
3.The cells/pixels are missing.

Anything in the table that is beyond the Master Page width does not show in the 'Layout' view.
