I noted that the org.eclipse.e4.ui.di plug-in is not added as dependency to the project which the wizard creates. @Focus is included here. 

If it is still required for all Parts to implement @Focus, then I suggest to add the dependency. 

If not please close this bug an invalid.

Wizard is fine in Eclipse 4.2M7. Closing as fixed.
