The GEF-Update-3.8.0M5.zip file has an extra directory level at the root of the archive. That is, the repository metadata isn't at the root of the archive. This is a departure from how this zip was packaged for 3.7.x and earlier and not correct packaging for archived repositories. 

This change breaks Sapphire project's build and jeopardizes our ability to participate in Juno M5.

I have re-created the GEF-Update-3.8.0M5.zip and the corresponding .md5 file, and adjusted our publish scripts accordingly. It may however take some time until this is propagated to the download mirrors.
