Using a Juno M4 build I see a number of key bindings with names like
  %commands.attachment.retrieveContext.name
which are all assigned to the Category "Focused UI".

Seems like a properties file is not included in the build?

I thought I gave an example in comment 0 :)

Anyway the attached screenshot shows all five keys in question.

Thanks! I have taken a pass through the property files and removed a few bogus command contributions. This should be fixed in the next build.
