so when you go a site you don't have the back link for the Sites page

we'll need to do something in RC1 now that we don't have page title anymore.  There's nothing that says "sites"

Maybe the main Sites page should have "Sites" breadcrumb and site page should have "Sites/[siteId or Name]"? I have this change in my workspace. Added while updating sites page to use sections etc.
