Some editors have the editor presentation toolbar and I find myself using it from time to time so it would be great if LDT had it. This toolbar contains the buttons "Toggle block selection mode" and "Show Whitespace characters".

This patch adds the global handlers (through the contributorClass) and associate the action set to the editor.

Removing iplog+ now that bug 370157 has been fixed.
