There was a series of bugs when changedItem() with different content was called twice instead of once. When changedItem() was called twice in short time many elements on the UI where duplicated.
Places that caused it are now fixed, so the problem is not preset on UI, but still changedItem() doesn't work correctly. We should fix this, because nobody knows when this will come out eventually.

Not sure if it is still relevant. I guess not. If it has to be fixed though, please reopen.
