Closing an editor during a git pull operation with egit, at the end of the pull you will get the error in the attachment.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open several editors (some java editors and one BIRT report designer editor)
2.Select a Project
3.Click on Git(EGIT) Pull Icon in the toolbar
4.during the pull operation close the BIRT opened editor
5.When the pull operation finish the error is showed in two messagebox
