4.2 build I20120123-2200

I have an IBM JRE 1.4.2 that I import into a fresh workspace.  Under Preferences>Java>Installed JREs if I edit the 1.4.2 JRE it seems to only include jars from the jre/lib/ext directory, not from the jre/lib directory.

It no longer shows up as valid in the J2SE-1.4 execution environment.

If I go to an existing workspace, the same 1.4.2 JRE imported previously still exists and shows up as a compatible J2SE-1.4 JRE.
