While refactoring EMFStore and moving menu contributions into the bridge, we messed up and forgot to add the menuContributionEnablementTester. So menu contributions can no longer be disabled via the extension point, this has to be fixed.

please chekc all menue contributions, including emfstiore browser and history browser

Readded the enablement tester to all commands in bridge, and fixed enablement tester
