A very strange glitch that happens for me only in this specific scenario(IE9 32bit, win7):
- start controls demo with default theme
- hover ">>" button on the right
- tooltip fades
- move mouse

Tooltip fades out, but only the text is fading, the background stays until the animation is done, then disappears without animation.

If i change the tab, everything work ok again. No problem with the workbench demo either.

Fixed in CVS HEAD.

Widget.js is now setup to always render opacity on the outer element.
