Using I20120123-2200:
- open a clean new workspace
- drag the "Problems" view so that it gets a separate tab on the bottom of the screen
- window -> reset perspective - > Yes

Note that the "Problems" view still stays at the place it was dragged into.

Resetting this perspective to default does not change it.

I cannot reproduce this with latest build. Please reopen if you still
can reproduce.
