4.2 I20120123-1210
- Change source attachment path (or encoding) for a jar in plug-in container
- Restart Eclipse
- The values are reverted back

Not sure if this is by design.

This is by design.  This change was in bug 338182 and while we looked at different ways of persisting the attachment, the simple fix was satisfactory.
