I have the org.eclipse.pde.api.tools.ee.fragments installed, and listing the IUs in my installs shows a lot of EEs:

org.eclipse.pde.api.tools.ee.javase17=1.0.100.v20110728-1500

I did a complete clean and rebuild, and still get these errors:

the navigator is at J2SE-1.4
