Use standard profile implementation from UML plug-in.

Since the UML plugin defines a static standard profile, the Papryus implementation of the static standard profile (in oep.uml.standard) is no longer needed. It has been removed some time ago, however, the solution did not work due to the split of the standard profile in standard L2/L3 in UML 2.4 (which will be joined again in a further revision).
