From an IP point of view, AgileGrid is problematic.  NatTable [1] could be an alternative that fulfills our requirements.

This bug entry is about evaluating whether NatTable is viable; it is not (yet) about replacing AgileGrid.

While we're at it, we should evaluate using a 100% web solution that is embedded into an Eclipse Editor.

There are no resources for this right now.  In addition, there are other technologies that may be superior to even NATTable.

Therefore, marking this as won't fix.
