Thomas, can you add some instructions on how to configure the bonecp db connection pool to this page:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Jetty/Howto/Configure_JNDI_Datasource

Either add the info here and assign back to Shirley to incorporate, or add it in yourself and assign to Shirley to vet it.
