I tested the new page layout without having any saved searches.  
Just realized that the headings are placed wrong in this case.

It works correctly when you have multiple file systems because File Servers is in the top area and the faves and searches are underneath.

fixed.  per latest mockups we aren't trying to smash the pane heading into the pane's toolbar.  It will remain unused (and will be styled to match the content area so it will look better by end of today)
