Eventually the plugins page in settings will need to provide a link to legal information about the plugin (license, copyright, etc). This is analagous to the "Legal Info" button in the Eclipse "About" dialog (on Plugins tab). This doesn't need to be anything too obvious but there needs to be a way to find this information. This would probably just be a hyperlink to the plugin's about.html or equivalent.

This is not necessarily important for 0.4, but if we are going through the process of defining metadata fields for orion plugins we might as well reserve one for this too. This is definitely something we'll need to have by 1.0 release.

Fixed - we have the link but at least for now are not mandating a forced workflow. This is similar to FF and Chrome's extension story.
