The Start, Stop, and Delete commands on the sites page (/sites/sites.html) are just floating icons. They should be changed to the new button+label+icon style of command.

Update commands to 'button' presentation. Also keep the "Edit" link showing when site is started for consistency (since you can access the edit page at any time by clicking the site's name anyway).
