To respond to any resource change (as typically done by a resource change listener) a new set of event need to be  defined (add/update/delete resource). Should be straight forward, although not urgent ATM.

as there is no need for this feature at the moment, I close this one as wontfix. We may reopen this one as a new request comes up.
