GSON 2.1.0 passed IP check. Since several projects are using it (EGIT, RTP,...), it may make sense to add 2.1 to Orbit?

I'd be willing to maintain this bundle but I'm not a Orbit committer yet.

I'm trying to clean out "inbox" so will assign to Marcel now, assuming the committer process goes smoothly.
