Description Carl Bader CLA 2012-01-19 18:16:47 EST
Build Identifier: M20110909-1335

I checked the BugZilla and found a number of errors for this problem and the one 348941 states that it was fixed. I am still seeing this in the stated Build number M2110909-1335. Where can I get a build with the fix. It is interesting that I was not seeing this issue priour to December 12th.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select Help > About Eclipse SDK
2.Select Installation Details
3.Select My Plugin.
4.Select Uninstall
5.Select Plugin

Problem Occurred with following error.

An error has occurred. See error log for more details.
org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.ui.model.InstalledIUElement cannot be cast to org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.ui.model.AvailableIUElement

It should be fixed in that build. (bug 348986)
Matt?

Wasn't it missed along with the tagging problems?

Right, makes sense. I'll update the referenced bug. Thanks Matt.

Carl, we had some build contribution issues and some fixes didn't make it into 3.7.1. Check the Eclipse Downloads page for the latest M-build and the fix should be there.
