I modified org.eclipse.rmf.reqif10.xsd.util.ReqifXMLLoad to print out the diagnostics of the inital ReqIF parse process (and to continue, even with Errors present).  However, these diagnostics are never forwarded to the transformed ReqIF model.  Doing so would allow us to present the parse problems in the ProR GUI, including line numbers.

The underlying problem should disappear with the new back end from Mark.
