New Hudson releases are available: http://eclipse.org/hudson/download.php. Automated should be setup against those versions.

I updated the server instance on http://ci.mylyn.org/ to Hudson 2.2 and added the test jobs. A Hudson 3.0.0 instance is available at http://mylyn.org/hudson-3.0 but it's not functional, yet, due to missing support for the --prefix parameter in Hudson.
